Gaborik has negative trade value......the only trade for him would be,,,,MacDonald of Flyers, or how about Phaneuf.

Except that he did retain 2 M$ on Ryan's salary, which makes him NOT a cap dump anymore... Ryan at 5.25 per x 4 years is perfectly reasonable. I wouldn't make that deal as Ottawa

You're right about the Gaborik's trade though, wouldn't work.
