The BOE has taken a look at the Reilly Smith deal, and it was given a trade rating of 4.875 for Tampa and 1.125 for Vegas. After discussion, all board members agreed the deal will need to be rationalized and looked at. Reilly Smith is currently a top line forward who has played like a top 6 forward for most of his career, and salary was retained. At your earliest convenience, please stop by the messages to the BOE thread and state: why you think the deal is fair, what benefit you received from the deal and whether you believe it is revision worthy.
