Underpay for Panarin, overpay for Parayko. I seriously doubt Lucic will be moved in-season, more likely after July 1st (when his next bonus is due) and with 50% retention. This way the receiving team is only on the hook for $2M per year.

What do you guys figure a player that has all but guaranteed he won’t resign with his current team and wants to be on a big city franchise is worth?
