An exercise in retaining CBJ players under a flat cap without making any trades (as the cap space trade market is pretty poor right now).

Some of the presumptions going into this (put here because all newlines were removed when I tried to put them into the description):
* It is assumed that David Clarkson, despite his propensity for injuries, will not be able to be put on LTIR for any useful length of time. (He keeps coming back, which therefore means he doesn't truly represent "extra" cap space.)
* Zach Werenski's name is in as sort of a placeholder - it's presumed that if he's not able to play next year, substituting any low-cost bottom-pairing blueliner will do just fine.
* Likewise, Falk's name is as a stand-in for any #7D one cares to find.
* It is assumed that ownership will not object to a Tyutin buyout.
* Jones is bridged under this scenario, rather than locked in long term, because of a lack of available cap space. Locking him in would require an additional cap space freeing move; I could not come up with a reasonable one that did not also leave roster spots unfilled without doing a trade.
* Campbell and Boll remain on the roster because there is no significant savings in buying them out and/or burying them in the AHL - those roster spots still need to be filled.
* I refuse to assume that whoever gets drafted this year will immediately make the team.

A sad state in Columbus, when you're a last place team and really can't improve cause you're at the cap.

I think of it more as "expecting the youngsters to grow up but not demanding that they do so". This is really more of a least-desirable-case scenario. There's plenty of room for pleasant prospect/draftee surprises.
