Umm more than that. He is a young quality top 4 d that is signed long term on a great contract. It depends on the team trading for him too. There should be zero conditions on the pick also

Määttä's value is much more than that. He's not just a young top 4 d-man. He's improving his game this season more than any other, specially defensively. He's also producing more offensively and trying to shoot much more than last season. That's why he's been used in PP2 unit this season.

I'm one of the Pens fan who thinks that we need to keep Määttä for a long time.
