The Sabres would have to think about this trade. It would suck to part with Kulich. What is the flip side? Farabee could give the Sabres another goal scorer on the second line. Desnoyers could be in Rochester for the 2024-2025 season. Rochester will have a new head coach, to be determined.

Don't think there is much thought, not giving up an NHL ready prospect who killed it in the AHL the last two years as a teenager and the #11 OA pick for a player who has 2 years of control, hast hit 50 points once in his career, and a lat draft pick.
