I don't think there's much of a difference between Marner and Keller in terms of value (especially if $1M of Keller's cap hit is getting retained) given their respective contract situations, and certainly not a Crouse/Doan/1st and 2nd round picks gap. Not only is this trade lopsided in Toronto's favor, it wouldn't do Utah any good to add a rental in Marner only to gut the team they already have in trading for him. Losing Keller and Crouse would largely undermine the whole point of trading for Marner in the first place. So overall Utah has zero reason to entertain this trade.
As for Seattle, they have plenty of wingers already who can fill out their bottom six. They don't need Järnkrok back and certainly wouldn't trade second and fourth round picks for him.
