I like trades 2 and 3. For a long time on here it was costing more to dump Campbell but a 1st is ok.

I see a lot of Sheary to SJ trade posts. The Sharks have no interest in him. They have too many 4th liners and too many small forwards. I guess they could bury him in the minors. Might cost more than a 4th.

Sheary is a rejuvenation project that the sharks could easily flip if he plays to his capability. That’s the main reason for the deal, not the fourth from TB.

I see it a lot too. What intrigues me more about Sheary is he was on those 16-17 Pens Cup teams. I think there is a benefit to having a guy who has the experience of knowing what it takes, even with HOFers on the team, to win those 16 games against the best in the league. The Sharks are not going to be good again this year and have roster holes that might get filled with a cap dump or 2 from around the league. Not many of those dumps have Cups. I think Sheary's experience is something the new Shark's core could benefit from. A little adjunct coaching/guest lecturer type that could cost the Sharks nothing.
