Oh I missed an Option Dach + 2025 1st (unprotected but with the condition of (if Dach plays at least 60% of the 2024-25 season the Pick downgrades to a 2nd)

Spot on, he's not getting moved and it would take an insane package to consider moving him.

I'd only add that CBJ still have two glaring needs: 1C and 1RD. There's plenty of prospects in the pipeline elsewhere, but Fantilli and Jiricek are the only two with the potential to fill those two roles, which is why both are untouchable. If Jiricek forced himself out somehow, it only makes sense to get a 1RD potential guy back, so even a package like options 2, 4, and 5 here where we get a winger or a couple of question mark picks/prospects that don't quite have that potential don't make sense for where the team is at.

But to be clear: Jiricek hasn't requested or insinuated he's going to request a trade. He's mad (rightfully so) because he's not playing. The solution is to play him, or fire the FO/coach and hire someone that will. We already saw a resolution where Elvis rescinded his trade request because the team decided to *gasp* get their head out of their a** and play the player that should be playing.

Yeah, I forgot that if he was moved then you would need to fill that hole, my bad lol.

I think option 5 still works cause you can always take one of the top D with the 2024 1st but since the Jackets are trying to compete they would rather have someone who is ready or close to ready like Reinbacher.

That's my point, we would have to give up peices we don't want to, that would hurt badly, to get Jiricek. It's not just gonna cost pieces we don't mind moving
