4 good games doesn’t erase the 42 games he played last year when he was flat out bad
And the 2 seasons before that, he was average at best

Not only are the Sabres not looking for a goalie like him right now- there’s ZERO CHANCE that 4 good games erases the last THREE YEARS

And even if he does keep this up till the deadline & start getting some interest from teams,
I don’t think it’s likely that u guys get a 2nd for him
Might not even get a 3rd
He’s an (1) old, (2) rental, (3) with 3 years of undesirable recent history, (4) and goalies generally don’t return much

Okay I don’t see why MTL would deal Allen atm especially to a division rival or why Buffalo would hit the panic button either… but c’mon your hate for Allen is completely unwarranted. He had a rough year last year but that was his first season under a 900 save%. « 3 years of undesirable recent history » first of all that statement is redundant and second it’s totally untrue.

It’s completely true
He was flat out bad last year
And barely above .900 the 2 years before

ZERO INTEREST in ANY goalie like that
If we aren’t bringing in a .920 goalie, then it makes sense to keep playing & developing the kids

Allen is NOT “good”
And we don’t want him, the end.
