Description

Trying to imagine what the Devils would have gotten, expecting they were going to sell in '23 and did NOT have a great season. I started with reversing the trades for Lazar and Meier. Who buys when you are not having a good season (sorry if you are a Canucks fan)?

ps. was too lazy to add the ahl contracts in reversing the Meier deal.

Assuming the Devils were bad, the Pacific Division would have a lot more points. We rolled the Pacific this season (loss to Vegas, Seattle in OT)

Ruff 100% would’ve been fired. His job was safe when the Devils fortunes turned around and rattled off a 13 game win streak (almost half of those wins were Pacific Division teams).
