Both mid-level prospects, the d man being the more interesting/upsided of the two. However, the Rangers are pretty good on D now for the foreseeable future. The winger is underwhelming. I don't think it would be enough, especially if your asking the Rangers to retain money.
Nash would also have to waive, not sure he does that to go to Calgary (he's a Toronto native).
The Rangers are good on cap space (3-4m under when Zibanijad is addressed), and would see even more relief when Nash's contract expires. As you said, he would be resigned for much less if he returns. Also not sure the Rangers are interested in moving him, if they were it probably would have happened a while ago. Which means they would have to be compelled by the offer. That could change of course by the deadline.
Change the small winger into something more interesting, and change the 4th to a 2nd...or change both picks into one 1st.
