Overall, I am not convinced you have addresses Buffalo's defens8ve deficiencies. Fabbro is a step, but Inwould suggest massaging the 3rd line. It's good yes, but can it play 200 feet? I debate this. The lineup has the look of a Leafs lineup 4-5 years ago. Fire power absolutely, but they won't win many 2-1 games.
I do agree with the feedback the Terry deal is unlikely. Not even sure if that is a place the Sabres should go frankly. Quinn will absolutely be a top 6 winger, Peterka has the makings of a fantastic 2nd line 2-way presence. Nevermind what is in Rochester.
As it sits, this team can score at will. But as it sits it doesn't defend well. Finding a way to shave 0.25-0.5 GA per game, and this team could take a run at the division (I see the Atlantic looking a lot different next year). Just not sold this version can do that.
