Kevin Hayes at 2C

I'm not super-sold on Hayes; his style is so different than that of the Avs. But, it could work. However, I'd only trade the picks and Philly would have to retain 50%. Considering all that, I'd say there isn't a deal to be made but it's possible the Flyers want him to be gone real bad.

I'd be shocked if they basically sent JT Compher packing preemptively, considering his next level play. But they did give away Englund for JJ, so...

Yeah it would have to be 50% retained, even then next season we'd have to burn a decent cap hit to fill out the roster with low level contracts.

Hayes and the avs style seems like square peg in a round hole

If you make a move to get Hayes you want max retention possible otherwise just get Henrique at a lower price.
