If I'm being honest I just don't feel NYR will win the cup. And I don't think Drury would sacrifice either Trouba or Goodrow to keep all the kids.

If Mcdonagh and Callahan can be sacrificed, so can Trouba.

Boston is the major roadblock. Not that the Canes or Devils would be a cakewalk. But the Cup chances for the Eastern Conference depend on who could possibly beat the Bruins.

Callahan was a sacrifice as in going for it (besides there was some issues with contract) McDonagh was moved to symbolize the start of the rebuild / retool. Trouba will play next year too because in their mind they are still contending for the cup (is my guess)

As for where they can / will win the cup, it is just based on my gut feeling (most of it is)
