- This is operating under the assumption that we have a playoff-bubble-caliber season in 2023-24, which would entail:

-A new defensive scheme/coach
-Minimal injuries
-Elvis bouncing back from his awful season
-Great chemistry between players

- Unfortunately, Eric Robinson is let go to make room for Sean Kuraly moving to his wing.

- Guddy's gone. It's a very manageable buyout over four years.

-JT Compher is let walk as well. It was a one-year deal to give him something to do, and to fill a roster spot. Go and contribute somewhere else, Gangsta.

- The Young Guns are signed. Marchy gets a bridge deal, and Kenny and Silli all get their big boy big money clips. I don't know if the cap would end up this high in 2024-25, but this is operating under the assumption that it does.

- David Jiricek, Jordan Dumais and Dmitri Voronkov all make the team coming out of preseason. Give 'em hell, boys.
