I'll start with the usual, we can't move Frank, its a bad look to ship out a guy you just signed to term, its worse because he was Verbeek's first signing. Now lets look at the offer.
Bailey is cap dump is this deal, you need his money gone to make it work
Wilde is a RHD of the right size, offensively minded, but still has holes in his defensive game, hans't done well in Pro since transitioning.
Koivula, love his size, but limited ceiling player.
Holmstrom is an interesting piece, though his injury history has me wary.
A 2nd round pick.
The value is there on paper, The question comes with the Ducks having one of the strongest prospect pools in the league, do any of those prospects push their way to the top of the pack.
Is Koivula good enough to beat Groulx or Gaucher, or push Lundestrom out of a job?
Is Holmstrom enough to challenge Perrault or Colangelo?
and I really don't think Wilde has a home on the Ducks, he should be near NHL ready but we have a lot of offensive LD about to crack the roster, and we have Drysdale, I don't think we've got room to put an offensive RHD on our roster other than as a 7th man.
