With the Norris injury, and his Hot start many would think the best option is to promote Pinto up to the second line C. He has shown already that he could be one.

the question is does he keep his scoring pace getting the second line match ups, and how does that work for the rest of the really good sens 3rd line?

Depth is nice isn't it? Brass is fine on that line as it stands. Wouldn't shift it anymore than it needs.

Also have Gamby, Greig (injured right now) and Lodin who could step in at a moments notice.

Yes it is. With the likes of Grieg and Crookshank doing really well in AHL, I also wonder if you slide Giroux to C and take turns bringing a few diff players as RW on that line and see how close they are to being NHL ready.
