Nothing of interest beyond that 1st rounder for Seattle. Larsson is their #1 D and there's really no RHD in the pipeline so they need an overpay to give him up. This is most definitely not an overpay.

Besides the first, the TDL potential of both would also keep SEA interested.

With both guys only having a year left Seattle can sell them and get more assets to use either in a trade or at the draft.

Also with Geekie hes an RFA with arb and that can be a headache for a GM

So, what exactly is Toronto offering Seattle for Larsson and Geekie? Since Holl and Engvall are cap dumps, that first is the compensation for the cap dumps, what will Toronto give up to actually acquire Larsson and Geekie.

Holl and Engvall would not be cap dumps. At worst they are neutral value. So that first is for Larsson and Geekie. Probably isn't enough though. I do agree on that.

No reason for Seattle to do that.
