They're not moving Chytl...may look to move him after the season, but moving him now would create an opening- which if they look to fill, would be a player with top 6 upside (which Chytl has). Jake Evans could be a very productive 3C, but if Chytl gets the opportunity to build off what he showed last year in the playoffs, this would not be the trade to make unless significantly more value were coming back to NYR.
As far as Mysak- trading "similar situations" seems to make sense....but although the narrative seems to be that Nils struggled in his 1st year in North America, he still is a top 50 prospect with a sky high ceiling. So unless Drury gets what he really wants- a young C with a high ceiling- he will be content to wait out the situation with Nils...and if Nils plays in Sweden-and continues his dominance there- his value will only grow.
