I know, but from what I have seen mentioned Formenton somehow seems more likely to be involved.
However I think the investigation needs to run its course and the truth come out, with that being said every player that was on that roster needs to have a ? next to them right now, which includes some really high-profile players.

Jordan Kyrou, Robert Thomas, Cale Makar, Carter Hart, Cal Foote, Conor Timmins, Sam Steel, Taylor Raddysh among others

but formenton and batherson are 2 of the only ones who didnt make a statement, now while they could be lying, since its probbaly known whos involved, it would look pretty stupid to lie on top of it. doesnt look good at all for batherson and formenton

I don't put much into they haven't made a statement thing. This franchise is notoriously bad about that, and the fact that there are now two very young owners for this team and still questions on a potential sale of the Franchise, I think the lawyers are keeping everyone hush.
