I don't think Joe is looking to return the favor and trade Girard for around the equivalent of two 2nds.

In all seriousness, with Girard's contract I think Salo and a 1st is more the starting point. Would understand if you say no to that, but I don't think Colorado moves him if there isn't a pretty premium asset in the return.
