Thats how I would like to aswell, except with conditions on that pick, like if Weegar leaves, then it turns into a 3rd or something. And overpayment on the signings.Except Brannstrom.

What do we see the value of these guys coming in at for their contracts?

I see them both as very valuable players that I would like to sign for at least 4 years. They both also have great value as a PK unit and would be a huge cost value when the sens are in their window.
I think the 2.5 - 3 range is actually fair value for +4 years which includes UFA years.

I have a hard time gauging what their real value is.
