I think something can be worked out here. Clearly the hawks are looking to rebuild and OTT has much of their roster set IF this Debrincat trade goes through. Hard to see Pinto/Greig getting enough ice time on the 3rd/4th lines where they probably shouldn't even be playing if they're to be properly developed. OTT has a deep farm system and can weaponize that to shed Matt Murray and get a proven guy like Debrincat. I hope OTT does pull of something like this. The picks are good in my mind...it's the middle ground on prospects that would be negotiated.
