For Next years cap with Laf, Chytil and Miller being resigned. Miller and Laf would have to be bridged until Trouba and Panarin expire in 3 years. so around 8-10mil together. Chytil would cost 3-5 depending on the season he has. Minus the 2.3,950,950 they are making currently - would need around 9-11million in cap. This roster I have has 1.5, 3.5 coming off in buyouts next year + cap rise of expectation of 1 mil. = 6 million. Trade goodrow next offseason and his 3.6 and you have it. Its possible. Hire me as general manager

buying out Nemeth wouldn't do much because his replacement would cost 950,000 at the least. So only a savings of 300,000. Might aswell send him down. And I think goodrow would be movable. 3.6 x 4 is pretty fair for his resume and capabilities
