- Reports that oilers are not looking for a goalie which is scary but nobody except for managment can control that. But what I do hope for is Skinner to play over Smith as Smith has done nothing but hurt the team and Skinner has proven he's good enough to be the backup in the NHL games he's had. Plus his AHL numbers showcase that he's a little too good to be playing down there anyway.

- Mayfield would be a great addition and I feel like the trade helps out both teams

- If SEA is looking to improve their team and add offense from the back then Barrie would be a good fit, I've heard of Klingberg suggestions for SEA and Barrie is the poor mans version of him so grabbing a right handed offensive dman to fill out the blue line will be very helpful next season. And hopefully Barrie can bounce back and play well in Seattle.

- Oilers have been scouting PHI games for the past couple of weeks and I hope Braun is the guy they're looking at

- I'd imagine the team (when all healthy) will switch between 11 F and 7 D and the traditional 12 F and 6 D and maybe they'll find the right balance there
