You're selling extremely low on Carlsson. (Not that Texier is a bad player,) plus I think that New Jersey would prefer to stager their picks in the Samsonov trade so their not lossing two of their high round picks.

This has been a rough season but as long as we have Ovechkin we won't tank so now we're just going to be a mediocre team at best and make bad decisions trading away picks and prospects just to make the playoffs every year with Ovechkin
