That's not enough incentive there for the Jets to move Demelo at the TDL. If that's all they're getting I would imagine they just wait until the off season and move him then if they need cap space and see if they can get more.

That guy is a homer who doesn’t want to move anyone, they’re all untouchable or not worth the return. This is more than a fair deal if the extension is agreed to after the trade, if he’s being traded with a deal in place the sharks are going to want more. Not sure Hertl will sign that low unless he loves minny, he has said he would take a team friendly deal for a good team to be a contender.
