Deadline upgrades

Every leafs ACGM has them going for crouse, but giving up absolutely nothing. If he’s such an obvious and favored target for depth scoring in a playoff style body, why would Arizona give him away for basically nothing? He’s got 4 goals and 6 points on the worst offense in the league. You don’t think Armstrong knows he’s valuable?

Crouse has had a good run. He hasn't been much of anything for years.

I think we can get a 2nd for a retained Miller and I see zero room for Dermott.

It's not like he's getting paid a fortune - get 30 pts and be physical on the 4th line is good for me - is he a defensive liability? if not he's worth a 2nd

So the better player goes to Phoenix and still we pay a 4th for a guy who's never been able to establish himself beyond being a 3/4th liner on a bad team.

Then we send a guy who's been good for a guy who's been a healthy scratch for every team he's played for.
