Tier 2 - I see them making the playoffs for sure but not sure if a cup is in sight but I wouldn’t rule them out.

Thank you for putting the oilers in tier 2! I would probably move Seattle to tier 3 though because the pacific is weak.

I think Philly will win the division personally , Hart will bounce back and the Ellis addition will be huge.

I don’t trust Nashville to make the playoffs in that division
