A couple of tweaks

a 4th is too high for the avs imo. maybe a 6th/7th.

I absolutely hate the idea of "swapping" Braun for Gudbranson, but the Lauzon and Parise moves would be cool

Yeah, I debated that, but they have the cap space and want to play a youngster on 3rd pair LD, and currently have Jack Johnson as 2RD, so I think they have a real need. Their window is kind of now, with Kadri and bunch of others going UFA next year.

Yes, maybe but they have cap space to get another 7th dman as a UFA, and have their defense signed pretty long term in Oleksiak, Larsson, (presumably) Dunn, Soucy and Hayden Fleury and Giordano, so Lauzon is really on the outside-looking in and his value will not get higher without playing time.

Maybe theres a bit more to offer than two flawed prospects (one a former 1st rounder) and a pretty solid midlevel dman prospect in Hogberg, but allo 3 are buried in Phillys system, and Seattle could use the bodies and maybe one of three blossom with more development time.
