Just some rough trade ideas I was hoping to vet out a bit. Offer some feedback, maybe your team wouldn't be interested maybe the Sharks should steer clear, just give me your thoughts.

I'm certain Sharks need to do additional things such as buying out Jones, but I'm currently more interested in the trades in this scenario.

Sharks are inviting some trouble here but the risk on Samsonov is worth it. Hertl is the better center but if Kuznetsov can be refocused with trade then this could be a win for the Sharks.

That Kane trade is so bad for the Sharks... it ain’t even funny.

Neal alone costs at min a second to dump (no need for 5m x 2 or 1.9 x 4).

Kane alone costs more than a first and a good prospect.

Broberg kinda overrated and JP is decent but even rating them highly, it’s still a hard lowball for Kane.

I'm really high on Broberg and JP intrigues me, I think he has just kinda had a fit issue so far. Neal was just a cap balancer. Perhaps you are right that Oilers should add something more for taking on Neal.

Buying out Jones solves the lack of a 4th line issue but overall interesting ideas with the Hertl and Vlasic trades, especially the Hertl one. Not sure I'd do either but def interesting.

I wouldn't be opposed to a Kane to EDM deal but considering he was our team MVP this year and his consistency was awesome and he put away the penalty stuff very successfully, SJ's GOTTA get a better return than that.
