With this pandemic and not enough games played in the junior leagues, a useful sample size in determining a player's value will be limited.
In laymen's terms, this draft is a crapshoot.
You should always pick best player available (BPA), but if it's a dead heat between multiple players, you pick the safest player available (SPA).
The SPA would be the player that you think has the lowest chance of turning into a bust.
We'll have a better idea where things stand once the draft lottery happens.
