What I think it would take for Eichel to work in Colorado from cap perspective

Too many aren't considering the cap enough with the Eichel to Colorado trades. Obviously I would love to have a Mack/Jack combo, but basically it would take the following in order to make it work and still have good players around Eichel:

-All of Compher, Donskoi, and Graves need to go (maybe Kadri, but he has trade protection, which makes it a little tougher)
-Makar needs to take a bridge
-Landeskog and Grubauer need to take very reasonable deals
-The Avs cannot include Newhook, as they need him in order to fill the lineup
-Based on the above, the Sabres would have to accept a trade that does not include Newhook, which I doubt they do
-Unless it happens after the expansion draft, Johnson needs to waive his NMC
-Avs need to find a bargain LD (note that Chara is not a serious plug here, but it made me chuckle)

It's really tough. I guess this kinda works, but it's a ton of dominos falling neatly in order to get there. And more tough decisions would be necessary in the future. Filling the roster without draft picks is tough too.
