Take out the second Boston accepts if they are looking. Might get a 3rd. 2nd and 4th they can a lot better than Nemeth.

Djoos is still an RFA after this season so he's not getting dealt, The rest look pretty close.

Merrill would get a 3rd or 4th but not a 2nd and not two picks, Nemeth might get a 2nd or 3rd but not two picks either, the rest seem reasonable but I think guys like Helm and Glendenning will go for 4ths or 5ths, same with Staal.

I don’t necessarily disagree. Admittedly these trades are all near the higher end of returns I see the players fetching. Maybe I should’ve put that in description.

But also.. with so many teams within 5 points of playoff contention, and potentially easier to make up ground within divisions, perhaps this is what the market dictates if there aren’t many other options out there bc less teams are selling.

I don’t see how his RFA status makes him immune to being dealt. If anything his current play plus his contract value and RFA status might make him one of the more appealing options out there for teams.
And if securing more draft picks for the rebuild is the goal, then the draft pick return on investment could be of greater value than resigning him since he was a waiver claim and could be replaced through the next UFA cycle.
