Just gonna say that you're talking about a difference of 7%... when you factor in an exchange rate of 30% because they get paid in USD but live in Canada, they actually get paid more... now cost of living is higher and cost of living in Toronto specifically is about as high as it gets... but the tax argument is kind of a moot point. Gving up 7% gain 30% on exchange is definitely not as serious a negative as people make it out to be. I don't think he's going to Toronto but I'm just saying that a 7% tax difference isn't gonna change my mind on where I play.
