WPG trade : Domi to WPG would be an amazing fit imo. It would give them a fast and skilled playmaker to feed a guy like Laine on a second line while along with Ehlers. MTL taking back a cap dump in perreault might be consider as an overpay tho since the pick doesnt guarantee an NHL player on the long run.

DET trade : This happens only if Yzerman really wants the number one goalie and decides two move down a couple spot since hed still be available around 10. With the 16th pick, they could grab a guy like Jarvis.

EDM trade : Holland knows Tatar really well and adding a top 6 player such as him, will help McD and Drai with the goals providing. Hes a guy that would complete McD really well imo. Taking back a cap dump and retaining salary would help EDM making another move to upgrade their top 6.

LA trade : One thing that LA really needs is defense, especially dmen prospects. With this trade, they grab Broberg (who could fit perfectly on the right of Bjornfot in a near futur playing his off side) and Drysdale or Sanderson.

NYR trade : Theyve got plenty of wingers and could use an elite C. This trade allows them to acquire their wanted C in Byfield while adding an unprotect first next year and a 3C in the making.
