- Some moves to clear cap, finally add a 2C and make the team a playoff contender in 2021
- The RFA contracts were guesses based on recent pay and performance so that can always change
- The Domi trade is the real homerun swing here as I know Montreal will be reluctant to trade him but hopefully mid first (especially if the Canes finish middle of the pack) in a stacked draft could help entice them to move him. I also wanted to retain $2,000,000 in salary from Strome but the site wasn't working properly to let me do it

Don’t think Bergevin makes this deal, the pick is nice but too much uncertainty around Strome, he’s been moved around a lot and sure had a good season but likely the Panarin factor and Howden hasn’t done much either. Bergevin would want a safer trade than this.
