Imma go through this trade by trade because it seems like you spent some time on this so I might as well too
1. I think Buffalo accepts here and if Nylander works out its great for Pit if not it’s still not horrible
2. I know it’s Sidney Crosby but I can’t see Colorado giving up that much for a 32 y.o
3. I really like this deal because I think it would be extremely good for pit in the long run but at the same time I don’t think EDM turns it down because they need to get better now
4. this one is pretty good, PIT may want more for Letang but considering his age this might be pretty accurate
5. FLA does have a ton of space so they might be interested but then again they might take a shot at every Big name FA and eat that space right up so idk
6. This one baffles me because it’s hard to say that 2 top 4 D-men aren’t worth 1 fwrd prospect but I really can’t put a number on either of these guys value so imma say the pens gotta add but I really don’t know here
7. Leafs are fine paying Horton to chill on LTIR but if you wanna Take Zaitsev instead you might be able to work something out here
8. OTT needs to hit the cap floor so Melnyk paying Mcarthur $487,500 and getting a 4.875 million dollar cap hit is good for them and they got no motivation to move that, but if you want Duclair I’m sure he could be had cheaply for Picks or Prospects
All together this would be a hell of an off-season and could change the landscape of the entire NHL and would be a hell of a lot of fun, which isn’t what the NHL is about so it could never happen lol ?
