Gorton has stated that while Kreider could be a available in a trade, he has to be Wowed in order to do so. With a year of control left, he doesn't necessarily have the same urgency to move him like he does with Zuccarello.
This trade for both doesn't really move the needle. For one, I simply believe splitting them up and trading them to different teams increases the return as opposed to a package deal.
I actually do like Fiala. Hartman is a slightly older 30 point player that doesn't excite anyone.
The only 2 Prospects in your system that are worth noting are Fabbro and Tolvanen. Allard is way below them. If you're looking for both players, it is more than fair that the Rangers ask for one of them. I know Nashville fans don't want to part with Tolvanen under any circumstance (although for both players, it is a fair ask), so you would then have to include Fabbro. With another year of control, Kreider could potentially get Fabbro by himself if the Predators were desperate enough to get that key piece.
